I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fiesta Azul in St. Cloud, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant, lively atmosphere. The restaurant's decor is charming and colorful, creating the perfect ambiance for a fantastic meal. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the carne asada tacos. Served late at night, these tacos were nothing short of spectacular. The carne asada was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with rich, smoky flavors. Each taco was generously filled with juicy, marinated steak, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime, all wrapped in a soft, warm tortilla. The accompanying salsa added just the right amount of heat and zest to complement the meat. What made the experience even more special was the attentive and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The late-night service was prompt, and the quality of the food was impeccable. Fiesta Azul has quickly become our go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in St. Cloud. Whether you're looking for a lively dinner with friends or a late-night bite, this place delivers on all fronts. they have the best queso dip!! I ordered an extra side to go with my Chips at home and it did not disappoint. My kids, husband and I all enjoyed it. Will deff be back to order this again! So delicious

You can never go wrong with table side guacamole! I could snack on this any time of the day! Add some jalapenos in there to top it off!
